Admissions Process

  1. Complete the Request for Enrollment form. This application will be reviewed by the School Board to determine preliminary acceptance into the school. *The enrollment fee must accompany the application, if enrollment is denied the fee is refunded.

    *Enrollment Fee must be attached to this application to apply for enrollment:

                     Family enrollment fee paid by March 31 is $200 per family

                     Family enrollment fee paid by June 15 is $250 per family

                     Family enrollment fee paid after June 15 is $300 per family

  1. After approval of the enrollment application, a letter of reference from your pastor is required stating your family’s church involvement and areas of service.

  1. All incoming students must submit a copy of their immunization records and their birth certificate.
